This Privacy Policy explains how Minerva Metrics Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202549348H), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 110 Robinson Road, #08-00 ERH Building, Singapore 068901 ("Minerva Metrics", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores and protects information through this website and through the Minerva Metrics Platform, our in-house reporting platform that connects to Google Ads and other advertising platforms (the "Platform").
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies; see our Cookie Policy.
The Platform is an in-house reporting tool, operated by our team. It is used only for the Google Ads accounts that Minerva Metrics manages, and it is not offered to third parties. When an authorised user signs in with Google and grants consent, the Platform requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope and receives:
The Platform uses this access in read-only mode. It does not create, change or delete campaigns, ads, budgets, users or billing settings.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in section 6. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Minerva Metrics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Platform also processes reporting data (spend and performance metrics) from Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok and Taboola for the accounts we manage. That data is obtained through each platform's official API or through approved data connectors, under that platform's terms. It is used and protected in the same way as described in this policy, and only for our internal reporting.
Refresh tokens are stored encrypted on servers we control. Access is restricted to authorised Minerva Metrics personnel. Reporting data is stored on servers we control and in Google Cloud (BigQuery) in the European Union region. Reports may also be written to Google Sheets spreadsheets chosen by our team and accessible only to authorised personnel. Our only data processors are our infrastructure providers (Google Cloud and our server hosting provider), and they act on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep refresh tokens only while access is needed for reporting. We keep reporting data for as long as it is needed for accounting and reconciliation purposes. You can revoke the Platform's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, we delete the stored token. To request deletion of reporting data associated with your account, email us at the address below. We will act on your request within 30 days.
Subject to applicable law, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
